I WISH I WAS FOOLING!

Written By: Scott Hetsko

A Nor'Easter will develop Friday morning just East of Maryland. The low will track up the coast during the day spreading rain and wet snow to interior sections of New England. While Rochester will only see some rain and snow showers on Friday, a period of snow will impact the Capital region of NY. If you're traveling to New England this weekend, snow covered roads will make travel tough Friday afternoon and night.

Our weather will feature plenty of clouds through Saturday but only a few showers of rain or snow. Partly sunny sky will return for the second half of the weekend.

  1. So we dodge a bullet...the question is are there any more bullets left to dodge?

  2. One year ago saturday it was 86 degrees in Rochester. That began what would ultimately become one of the most persistently warm springs and summers, and a growing season that began three full weeks ahead of schedule. Everybody was wondering if global warming was starting to hit home in a big way. What a difference a year makes.
