Improvements into the Start of the Weekend

Written by John DiPasquale:

After a real soaking, 0.50 to 1.50 & a few higher totals for most today, Thursday, I expect there to be a few spotty showers around tonight into Friday that will taper off & give way to more sun to finish out the end of the week, which will be really nice to see!

High pressure building in to finish off Friday will provide a real treat for our Saturday, as depicted above, but Father's Day will likely feature a scattering of showers & a few storms.  So if you have outdoor plans with dad to go golfing, fishing &/or a cookout, etc...you'll want to keep an eye to the sky to stay dry, & if you can maybe try to do the outdoor activity on Saturday instead.  Temperatures will likely go from 70 to 75 Friday & Saturday to 75 to 80 here on Sunday with more humidity to end the weekend & start next week, when highs may get into the low 80s.  The 70s will likely return for the middle of next week with MAYBE a more significant warm up possible to officially kick off the summer season...Stay tuned for updates over the next several days.

Have a great night & upcoming weekend all!!  Happy Father's Day to all you fathers too!!
