La Nina Winter = Roller Coaster Temperatures

After a cold and very snowy start to winter, milder weather returns beginning this weekend. A digging trough of low pressure on the West Coast will allow a flood of warmer air over the mid South to ride into Western New York. 50 degrees or better by Monday with near record mild air in place on Tuesday as 60 degree is not impossible if we get a decent amount of sunshine. Colder air and snow showers will return to the area by Thursday or Friday of next week.
