Another Winter Storm Saturday

Written by: Scott Hetsko

A brand new storm will be born Thursday night in Louisiana. The storm will quickly race up the East Coast and be in Northern Maine by Sunday morning. The fact that this storm will move so quickly means that Lake Ontario won't add too much during the height of the storm. At this point, I expect a plowable snowfall Friday night and Saturday. I don't love putting numbers on a storm 72 hours out but up to 10" is possible. Sleet may mix in for awhile especially from Rochester Eastward closer to the track of the storm. If the low were to track further West, more sleet and less snowfall. If you'd like to track some of the guidance on this upcoming storm, GO HERE!
