LAST SNOWFALL OF THE SEASON?

Written by: Scott Hetsko

The area got a classic late season snowfall in the overnight hours Friday. Just enough cold air worked in to provide a heavy, wet snowfall. Snow to water ratios were about 7:1, meaning 7 inches of snow per inch of liquid. That's about as low a ratio as you get without a changeover to rain. The picture was taken by the bliss family in Bristol, NY Friday morning. Specific numbers reported to the National Weather Service are listed below! It sure was a beautiful snowfall!!!
