WARMEST BY THURSDAY

Written by: Bob Metcalfe

Pictured here are the 850 mb temperatures for Thursday morning via the GFS. With this picture, it'll be almost "easy" to get to the mid and upper 50s. That is a level that we could deem as unseasonably warm. The temps are about 6-8 degrees celsius, with this level about a mile up above the surface. Translation for those of you who aren't Canadian: 43 -48 degrees or so. Remember that the atmosphere (for the most part) warms in the lowest levels so we have a nice base to work off of. With the warming working in tandem with great doses of sunshine you can bet that you'll love the weather by later this week.
