A Good Week Overall Ahead!

Written by John DiPasquale:

A little more rain for many at times this afternoon & tonight, but during the day Tuesday we will dry out from northwest to southeast after possibly a little mainly morning shower activity, as a cold front slowly slides to the south & east.  This front will usher in somewhat cooler and much drier air in for the rest of the week & possibly into & through the first official weekend of summer!  The high on the map to the west will likely be in control of our weather for a long while at first aiding in keeping us a little cooler than average, but ultimately warming us up significantly for the end of the week and possibly quite significantly over the weekend thanks to a return flow on the backside of the high.  Highs will be mainly in the low to mid 70s Tuesday through Thursday, before we likely jump up into the low 80s Friday & well into the 80s & possibly low 90s over the weekend into early next week!  Stay tuned, & maybe make some at least tentative pool & beach plans for this upcoming weekend.  By the way, the official start of summer is 1:04am Friday morning.

Enjoy everyone!  Have a good start to your week WNY!

  1. Finally some real summer! The best thing about it is that, unlike last year, it doesn't look like the start of a seemingly endless heat wave. I can handle summer heat in short bursts.
