BACK TO REALITY, BACK TO SPRING

Written by: Brian Neudorff

It was to good to be true, and you knew sooner or later we had to return to reality. Spring is coming back and as we close out the month of April and head into May our temperatures and weather will be more typical or average for the time of year.

But what a run we had, Friday it was 82, Saturday 83, we were back in the 60s Sunday just to return to the 80s and be shy of a record high on Monday with 85 degrees.

A cold front, which is just the leading edge of approaching colder air, will swing through western New York Tuesday and cool us down by almost 20+ degrees going into Wednesday. This front will also spark some showers and the possibility of an isolated thunderstorm mixed in. The rain won't last long, and we'll probably get rain amounts of a 0.1" to 0.25".

Wednesday into Thursday look very nice just much cooler than the past few days. Sun will be shining and high temperatures will be in the low to mid 60s. That's about where we're supposed to be for this time of year.
