RAIN FOR MY PARTY? FIGURES!

I saw this today and said EEK! GFS is still thinking, nay, increasing its thoughts for rain next Saturday (this image is the 18z Saturday image courtesy of the GFS.) Other than the fact that this could wash out my long-awaited housewarming, it could also be the catalyst for a cool down of decent proportions.

The Euro is also now starting to lean closer to this big storm idea that would grab the cold from Canada and send it our way, only it's delayed by a day or two compared to our GFS. Either way, we may be on to something here.

Although I'll be off this week, I'll be sure to put my two cents in about it. And for those of you that are wondering, Mr. Hetsko makes his return to Humboldt Street tomorrow. I'm sure that after 10 days away from here, he'll be as rambunctious and witty as ever!
