This is More Like It!

Love this shot from the Skyeye to the left! What you see right here is what you will get for the rest of today thanks to high pressure building in from the west. Today's temperatures will range from 55 to 60, which is still a bit cool, but at least much closer to the seasonal average of 64 compared to the last couple of days.

On Friday, high pressure will give way to a weak system & a little upper air disturbance. This will result in more clouds moving in after some sun to start, & a few spotty afternoon & evening showers developing. There should be a good amount of dry time on our Friday though.

Mother's Day weekend as it stands now actually appears mainly dry & quite nice to kick it off on Saturday with a good deal of sun developing. Mom's Day itself will cloudier, but should not be completely cloudy. At this point, I would also say there's a 30 to 40% chance of a couple of scattered showers, especially Sunday morning, but I believe there will be plenty of dry time for outdoor activities with mom. Stay tuned for the latest regarding the holiday weekend weather over the next couple of days.
