Frost Likely for Many Late Tonight & Early Tuesday
BRRRR...Freeze Warning issued for almost all of WNY for the likelihood of a widespread frost to develop late tonight into early Tuesday with lows expected to drop to around 30 for several hours. So do what you have to do if you've already planted tender vegetation before going to bed tonight. After the cold, frosty night tonight it will warm up some for Tuesday, but remain cool for this time of year, as it will likely not make it out of the 50s for the most part despite some good sun through a much of the day. More clouds will roll in later Tuesday in advance of a warm front expected to cross the area Wednesday morning with some showers/storms. Behind the warm front Wednesday afternoon, it will turn almost summery with some sun & highs well into the 70s with some humidity to boot. A cold front will quickly come through late Wednesday & lead to a gorgeous, comfy day Thursday with a stiff breeze. It may be pretty cool again here by Friday, before it begins warming back up some Saturday with some sun. A strong warm front will try to move through here Sunday, & if it gets through we could have highs well into the 70s to low 80s or so later Sunday &/or Monday with wind & scattered showers & storms. Stay tuned.
Have a great day WNY & stay warm today!
Has everyone forgotten that it was sunny and in the 70s for ten days? I'll bet they have. Only Spiderman will remember.
ReplyDeleteGood news is it seems to be a horrible spring to be a mosquito.. don't think I've seen one yet.
ReplyDeleteWe have a shot at a record low, which was 31 back in 1878. Might as well break it!
ReplyDeleteBriefly had small hail just now here in Henrietta.
ReplyDeleteWishing the best for the folks hit by the tornadoes in North Texas. Awfully grateful to not be there tonight.
