A Few Strong Storms On Friday

Dianne from Hamlin sent a picture from her deck showing some pea sized hail that fell from a quick moving thunderstorm late Friday morning. This storm would have met "severe" criteria if the hail were about a nickel in diameter. Severe storms have been widespread East of Syracuse on Friday ahead of an upper level low. Looks like our weather begins to improve this weekend, especially on Sunday!
