WHY WE NEED LEAP YEARS?

Why on Earth would anyone want to make February longer? Well if we didn't add a day every four years, eventually Winter would occur in July! One Earth year, a revolution around the sun, equals 365.25 days. So every fourth year, we fall behind by one day. If nothing was done about this, after about 700 years we would have Summer in January and Winter in July like Australia! Every year that is divisible by 400 is considered a leap year. I've got an idea, let's add that extra day in a month we enjoy. 32 days of June sounds good to me!
