and they said it wouldn't last!

You probably played your first round of golf, mowed the lawn and had a barbecue all before the start of May! We've been spoiled by this early Summer like weather but that's about to change. A pocket of cold air aloft will settle over the Northeast U.S. starting on Monday. Weak low pressure will be nearby suppling occasional showers of rain. It does appear that the air will be cold enough for wet snow at times sometime Tuesday night or Wednesday. This won't amount to much but after the past 10 days of 60's and 70's, it will a shock to your system to see a few flakes! May, by the way, starts next Thursday.
