BLOG: 12/19/2008 CASHIN' IN ON COLD AIR

Written by: Scott Hetsko

That fresh 6-12" snowfall across the area won't be going anywhere anytime soon! No problems around here for snow on the ground for Santa. The active storm track that has provided to snow storms this week will plunge temperatures early next week.

Our next storm will be weaker than Friday's but much colder air behind the storm will help start the lake effect machine North Sunday night into Monday morning. Favored lake belts could see more significant snow accumulations early Monday. It may be another slow go on the highways early next week...stay tuned over the weekend for the latest!
