LOOKING AHEAD TO THE WEEKEND

Written by: Brian Neudorff

We are getting a nice break from the wind and rain from Wednesday but like the break we saw on Tuesday this one is short lived. Another storm system will work into western New York on Friday. Timing will be important on when we start to get more rain and how quickly the cool air arrives. There is a lot of very cool air behind this front. We are not going to see the brunt of the cold but it will be a chilly weekend. We will see high temperatures in the mid 50s. This looks like it will continue as we go into early next week. There will also be a few nights when temperatures drop down into the 30s. If you have plans this weekend, the way things look right now is it should be mainly dry with maybe a lingering showers on Saturday morning.
