JUST SIT BACK & ENJOY THE RIDE

November, to most, is really the start to the winter season. The images of the trees bare of leaves, cold gray skies and even to some seeing that first significant snow. For 2009, that hasn't been the November we've seen here across western New York. Out of the last 11 days we've had 4 days in the 40s, 4 days in the 50s and 3 in the 60s. Most of this week has been very nice. Sure there were clouds on Monday but we almost hit 70.

Looking at the next 7 days, it appears we will continue to see fair and fairly nice weather, at least for November's standards. I know I am doing all I can to take advantage of it. I have a gym membership and using this month to start a new healthy lifestyle track. Haven't been to the gym yet as I am taking advantage of long walks around our area parks. I know soon enough I will be forced inside if I want to do my exercising. Have you done anything to take advantage of this unusually benign November weather?
