Written By: Scott Hetsko
You may have heard that we're about to enter a "EL NINO" driven Winter here in North America. Speaking purely on statistics, our chances of having a bunch or little snow here in Rochester is about 50/50 in El Nino years. There have been 9 such winters since 1970. 5 winters recorded an average of 65.2" while the other 4 winters averaged 112.8"! As for this Winter, watch our Winter weather special next Saturday night, November 21st for our forecast!
