THE "UN" NOVEMBER!
Written By: Scott Hetsko
Typically when you think of November in Rochester, what comes to your mind? Usually we begin the cloudy season with wind and at least a few inches of snow during the month but not this year. The numbers are in and Rochester had the 34th warmest November in 139 of record keeping.
There was no measurable snowfall in the month, the first time that happened in November since 1952 when gasoline costs 0.20 cents a gallon! Speaking of snow, today's 1.6" ended a steak of 237 days without snowfall the 4th longest streak in Rochester's recorded history!
