Better, but Still Brisk & Chilly Today

Written by John DiPasquale:

Today is better & brighter, but far from good with a mostly cloudy sky, blustery winds & a scattering of rain, occasionally mixed with snow, mainly over the high terrain, showers.  Temperatures will at least get out of the 30s & into the 40s this afternoon, as the culprit for the snow late Sunday night & Monday slowly pulls away today & more so late tonight into Wednesday.

Wednesday will become much brighter with some more appreciable sun finally returning for the afternoon, but there will still likely be a few scattered rain & snow showers around through the early afternoon hours tomorrow.  Highs on our Wednesday will make it into the 50s, though, which will feel nice!

We will feel almost 60 degree temps Thursday during the early afternoon, before we begin to fall off again late in the day behind a strong cold front & developing storm.  There will also be some showers developing Thursday ahead & with the front.

Unseasonably cold air will once again build in Thursday night right into the upcoming weekend, which may set the stage for an interesting precipitation rain &/or snow event later Saturday through early Sunday??  Stay tuned.

Have a great day & stay warm everyone!
