Fall Feel to the Air
Written by: Stacey Pensgen
The strong cold front that barreled through on Saturday and brought severe weather to the entire Northeast also brought more fall-like air to WNY on Sunday. Temperatures only topped out in the mid and upper 60s in many spots. There were also some lake effect clouds/rain showers to start Sunday, and even some water spouts forming out over Lake Ontario.
The cooler weather will last into Monday before some fine, late summer weather returns for the middle to end of the week. We expect temperatures to climb back into the 80s by mid-week along with mainly dry weather through Friday. Embrace the cooler air, or enjoy the return to the warmth. It's your call!
