More Big Changes Ahead...

Written by John DiPasquale:

Today & Wednesday will still be cool, but at least more seasonable compared to the last few days with the help of some sun today, & a stiff southwest wind through the morning tomorrow.  Thursday will cool back down to what we felt yesterday, but I think there will be more of a wind blowing around Thursday compared to our Columbus Day.  The chilly air building in late Wednesday through the start of Thursday will also likely produce some lake rain & snow showers north & east of Rochester into far Northern Wayne County tomorrow night into the start of Thursday.  Then we will get ready for the next fast moving cold front due to move through late Thursday night/early Friday with some showers of rain that may end as a bit of a rain-snow mix, especially in the hills!  Highs on Friday with a brisk wind, will only be in the upper 40s to around 50, despite some breaks of sun developing later in the day.  Ouch!

The weekend right now, though, looks like will warm up some, especially come Sunday, after possibly a widespread frost/freeze Saturday morning.  Some sun & a developing southerly breeze will attempt to push readings to around 60 Saturday, & gusty west-southwest winds may lead to temps reaching 70 to end the weekend with a few scattered showers around.  Wouldn't that feel pretty good!?  Stay tuned throughout the week for updates on the potential roller coaster ride.

Enjoy the rest of your Tuesday bloggers!
