Front Flirts with Us Through Much of Week

Written by John DiPasquale:

Fickle front will dictate our week this week with temperatures & precipitation.  At this point, it looks like we will see a series of storms produce little rain late today into tonight & then another wave late Tuesday/Tuesday night, followed by yet another later Wednesday into Wednesday night & the strongest storm system later Thursday through Friday morning.  All the while, it looks like the colder air to the north will slowly win out, which means the near 60 degree day today & 60s Tuesday will likely be replaced by 40s & low 50s for the rest of the week, including probably Wednesday now.  We do need the rain, though, so if it has to rain make it during the week, right!?  Right now the weekend looks mainly dry, but pretty chilly, especially Saturday.  Stay tuned for updates from News 8 throughout the week everyone.

    1. I agree. This place is never dry, we do not need rain. The ground is just starting to firm up, rain is just going to make a mess-- again.

  2. The NWS is saying 2-3 inches of rain by Friday. That would stink. Why could we not get this stalled front with storms moving along it during the winter??????
