Nice End to July!

Written by John DiPasquale:

After a few scattered showers/storm for some, not all, this afternoon, an area of high pressure will build in later tonight into Tuesday & Wednesday & set the stage for some nice weather through mid week!  More in the way of sun should be with us Tuesday compared to our Monday with highs a little higher than today's low to mid 70s.  I'm thinking mid to upper 70s will do it for Tuesday, & then a southerly breeze in advance of a cold front will warm us back into the low 80s for Wednesday with some more sun!

The cold front will move through Thursday with some showers & a few storms & in it's wake it will turn a little cooler to end the week & into the weekend with highs going from near 80 Thursday to the mid to upper 70s Friday & over the weekend.  At this point it looks mainly dry Friday & into the weekend, but an upper level low will be hanging out not too far to the north and that could very well result in a few scattered pop-up showers & storms during the afternoon & early evening hours.  Not looking too bad though at this time.  The early outlook for next week is cooler than average through mid next week before some nice warming attempts to take place as the PGA Championship starts itself.  Stay tuned!

Have a great start to your week & last couple days of July blogger!

  1. I kind of really like the pattern we're heading into. Below normal temps and dry most of the time, right in my wheelhouse for this time of year.
