A March Feel Sticks with us Today

Written by John DiPasquale:

Well, another chilly raw day today will ultimately be accompanied by some showers mixed with a bit of snow possibly late this morning & afternoon. Highs will likely get no higher than the upper 30s to low 40s with a brisk northeast flow developing.
Meanwhile, a strengthening storm across the Plains will move toward the Central Lakes & bring a strong warm front into & through the area late tonight & tomorrow morning. Ahead & with the warm front there will likely be some showers & storms, a few of the storms may become strong to possibly severe. We will briefly warm into the upper 50s to mid 60s late morning & early afternoon tomorrow, before a strong cold front blows through with a few showers during the afternoon. We will also see some developing sun later Wednesday afternoon with temperatures falling into the 40s toward sunset! Talk about a brief warm up!
Warmer times look to be ahead next week...

  1. Well, on the bright side, you really can't go anywhere but UP after yesterday's unruly weather.
