Much Better Today!
Written by John DiPasquale:
Say goodbye to low pressure & the lousy weather of yesterday & hello to the sun! High pressure will be building in today & tonight, which will provide us with cool, but pretty nice weather through tomorrow.
There will be a cold front that will sneak through today with some clouds & possibly a passing sprinkle/brief shower in a few spots late this morning & afternoon. Again, a strong Canadian area of high pressure will set the stage for a cold night tonight, but a sunny start tomorrow. Come Friday afternoon, though, there will be an increase in some high & mid level clouds in advance of the next weather maker due to arrive Saturday.
Right now it still looks like the weekend will be damp & cool to start, but it will get a little better concerning the sky conditions for Sunday with some sun expected. Unfortunately, it will be blustery & kind of chilly Sunday with a few scattered afternoon showers possibly mixed with a bit of snow over the high terrain. The chill will likely stick with us through at least the beginning next week, before some milder air tries to build in by the middle of the week. Be patient warm weather fans, it will eventually get here.

ReplyDeleteWhen? July for 2 days?
14 day from NWS is abysmal, more drenching rains.
I knew as soon as Hetsko did his "we need the rain dance" we were gonna get it good. Everything is mud and it looks like it will stay that way for a long time.
