Will June Bring Summer?

Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start to summer, so will we finally get some summer-like weather? We're feeling some more seasonable this week temperature-wise, but we can't seem to escape the rain. In fact, we've had 10 days in a row with at least a trace of rain.

Wait for it...starting this weekend, the pattern looks like it may want to change! Ridging starts building in at the surface and aloft, which would finally bring us some summer-like warmth and drier weather for longer than just one day!

Call me an optimist, but I'm going to say we will bring in June with temps well into the 80s and a good deal of sun. Oh wait, maybe I shouldn't have said that...time will tell!
