EARLY SEASON SNOW NEARBY FRIDAY

Written By: Scott Hetsko

The higher elevations of Northern Pennsylvania and towns just along the N.Y. border may get several inches of wet snow Thursday night and early Friday. A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for counties in Northern Pennsylvania. Nothing has been issued yet for Southern Tier counties but I imagine that at least Winter Weather Advisories will be posted sometime tomorrow morning. Heavy wet snow this early in the season could cause power outages as many trees are still full of foliage.
