NASA'S MOON BOMB "ANTI-CLIMACTIC"

I can't take any credit for the label of this blog post. I saw the "anti-climactic" and laughed to myself. Now I wasn't watching live, but the "big show" that was supposed to be seemed to evade all cameras.

The empty missile body slammed into a deep crevice of the moon at 7:31AM, yet the cameras didn't seem to show much.

NASA suggests that bad data, poor lighting, and adjustments to the images need to be made.

However, the nine instruments that were analyzing the data worked perfectly, and experts are pouring through it. I'm sure many good things are to come from this exploration.

So who knows... next time someone says "Ta' da' moon Alice!" it may just be possible!
