Abundant November Sun Continues!

Written by John DiPasquale:

Another sweet November day will be with us here in WNY thanks to high pressure just off to the East. Today's highs will range from 60 to 65 with a breeze.

Later tonight into Thursday more clouds will spill into the sky ahead & with a cold front. This front may trigger an isolated shower/sprinkle during the day Thursday, but for the most part it will be dry once again for most, if not all, tomorrow. Temperatures will cool down into the mid 50s, which is more "typical" for this time of year.

Behind the front, it will turn a bit chilly Thursday night into Friday with highs to end the week struggling to get out of the 40s, despite a good deal of sun. It will also be a bit brisk on Friday.

The weekend looks even better than it did yesterday! Although, a big chill will be felt Saturday morning with many of us waking up to lots of frost as temperatures bottom out in the 20s. We should recover to seasonable levels, low 50s, on Saturday under tons of sun, & get this...more wall to wall sun could very well occur Sunday too! High pressure will slide to the East on Sunday & on the backside of this high we should get a pretty good southerly flow of warmer air going. I believe this will result in highs hitting the 60s to round out our weekend here in WNY! Bottom line...the climatological cloudiest month of the year will not behave that way over the first several days for the most part. Enjoy the extra frosting on the cake everyone!
