After a chilly, uneventful Friday with some developing afternoon sun we will have a little clipper race through here late tonight into Saturday morning. It looks like it's going to be mainly a rain producer, with just a little snow/mix possible at the onset late tonight & at the end of the event later Saturday morning. Little, if any, accumulation will occur for most. Temperatures will go from near 30 early tonight to the 40s late tonight & Saturday morning. It will turn colder during the late morning & afternoon Saturday with increasing winds & a little sun sprinkled in there too.
A reinforcing shot of colder air will blow through Saturday night & result in a mid winter feel with limited lake snow showers to end the weekend & maybe even a little bit to start Monday. Highs will only be between 20 & 25 Sunday with wind chills in the single digits! Highs on Monday will likely only be around 20, despite some sun! Then we will have to watch the Tuesday/Wednesday time frame closely, as a storm will be moving up the coast & intensifying rapidly. At this time, it looks like most of the snow will miss us to the east, but it is still several days out so a lot can still change between now & then so stay tuned through the weekend for updates. Regardless of what next week's storm does, we will stay unseasonably cold & brisk through at least next Wednesday, before some spring like changes appear to be in the offering late next week & beyond.
Have a great day & weekend bloggers!
